If you choose Targate Realty to market your property, we perform a full due dilligence investigation and market research to develop, in close consultation with you, an appropriate sales strategy and price setting. 

For the marketing of your property, Targate Realty prepares an Investment Memorandum brochure, which incorporates all the relevant information for potential buyers. The aim is to give potential candidates full insight into the technical features, commercial situation as well as current and future aspects of the property and its potential.

After the marketing phase we negotiate, in cooperation with our clients, the selling price and contractual conditions with potential buyers. These negotiations are concluded by a provisional contract of sale.

During the due diligence period we will support the Buyer with the necessary preliminary surveys. 

In case of a positive outcome of the due diligence, we coordinate and advise on all necessarily financial, fiscal and legal processes until legal delivery is complete.
