Targate Realty is an independent real estate advisor specializing in commercial investment property. The company was founded in 2010 and is located in Vught, in the south of the Netherlands close to the German and Belgian boarders. We are a prominent niche player in the Dutch capital markets. 

Targate Reality specialises in investment transactions in the Netherlands and across the border into Germany and Belgium. Our clients are (inter)national foreign quoted and private real estate companies, fund managers, banks and property developers. We represent them in the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate (for example: offices, business premises, shops, hotels and residential buildings) throughout the transaction process.

Target Reality combines an extensive knowledge of commerciale real estate and local real estate markets with broad contacts in the Dutch real estate capital markets. This is supported by an extensive database covering all relevant up to date market transactions in the Netherlands.
